We cleaned all the underground duct work and are applying our duct lining product to all the underground duct work leaving a nice clean air flow through the system and into the house.
We are going to apply our Trenchless cast mortar to all of the heavily rusted galvanized metal connections and elbows that connect the asbestos transite air ducts.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete ducts with metal fitting and couplings. Metal fittings are severely rusted. Suggest spin cast mortar to restore structure to the metal connections then spray lining with Duct Armor duct lining material.
Video inspection of underground air ducts. Ducts are spiral wound meta and plastic. Box under furnace and main trunk line has standing water. Suggest installing a sump pit and pump to control the water. After the water is controlled then the ducts should be spray lined with Duct Armor.
We televised some duct work for a customer who just purchased a house, finding a section in a back sun room was transite pipe underground, which may contain asbestos, so we encapsulated the pipe with our duct armor product to leaving an environmentally safe hvac system.
