I provided a detailed estimate for a trenchless sewer repair targeting a residential property's main sewer line. The estimate covered the costs of relining approximately 50 feet of damaged sewer pipe using a cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) method. This trenchless technique involves inserting a resin-saturated felt tube into the existing sewer line, which then hardens to form a new, seamless pipe within the old one, effectively repairing it without extensive excavation.

Good night televised dogs as water was up to the top. Water is clean and comes back as soon as it is pumped out. Suspect that there could be a leak on the freshwater line. Listened to supply line in her unit, but did not hear or detect any leak on her waterline, and the meter does not move when no water is in use. suspect that there could be an issue with a waterline in one of the neighbors units. Bugs or flies could be because the floor drain was very low. Suggested to homeowner that she should pour water down the floor. Drain to keep the level.

We are cleaning over 300’ of underground duct work which is transite concrete pipe with metal connectors and elbows, and also applying two applications of our duct lining product to all the underground duct work encapsulating the transite pipe and also leaving a new rubberized liner throughout the entire system leaving a clean air flow into the house

We are cleaning all the underground duct work which is spiral wound metal duct work that is very heavily rusted away with very little structure left to the pipe, we are applying our trenchless cast mortar to all the underground duct work to give the pipe a nice solid structure again all in preparation for lining/ sealing the underground system with our rubberized duct lining product.

Custemoer needs t extend one downspout away from the house to avoid excess water near the house.

Customer is in a two store townhouse. Upper level is getting air flow from furnace but no airflow in lower level. Video inspection of the ducts shows the PVC ducts have melted and deformed closer to the furnace blocking the airflow. Need to open up the floor t expose the melted ducts then replace them with galvanized metal ducts.
