Completed sewer video inspection in Highwood today. Found moderate root intrusion at 15' and 32' marks, with minor debris buildup throughout. Cleared blockage with cable machine and ran secondary inspection to confirm. System now flowing properly. Recommended quarterly maintenance to prevent future root issues. Customer informed of all findings and provided with copy of inspection video for their records. All equipment removed and work area cleaned before departure.

Today I performed a detailed sewer video inspection to investigate reported drainage issues. Using advanced fiber-optic camera equipment, I navigated through the main sewer line, identifying several areas of concern. My leak detection process revealed a significant crack at the 45-foot mark, along with root intrusion at multiple joints. I recorded the entire inspection, documenting pipe conditions, material types, and exact locations of all defects. The camera inspection also uncovered a previously unknown branch line connection and a collapsed section near the property line. I provided the homeowner with a detailed report including video footage and recommendations for necessary repairs.

Repaired above-ground air ducts by applying a high-performance mastic sealant and aluminum foil tape. Inspected the ducts using a smoke pencil to locate leaks and weak joints. Found several areas with insufficient sealing. Applied the sealant to all joints and gaps, ensuring an airtight seal, then reinforced with tape for added durability. After repairs, verified system efficiency by measuring airflow and pressure with a manometer to ensure optimal operation and prevent air loss.

Televised ducts under slab floor back to furnace. The returns are also in the floor but we were unable to tv due to the configuration. Will provide a proposal for possibly spray lining ducts with Duct Armor duct lining material.

Pipe repair service call. Clean out in backyard had damaged pipe running out to main sewer line. Inserted line to temporarily repair worst spot and provided estimate for full pipe replacement.

We are applying the first application of our rubberized duct lining material to all of the heavily deteriorated underground duct work. The air ducts will be completely encapsulated and the air in the home will be safe for the customer to breathe.
