Televised ducts under slab floor in the gymnasium. Ducts are spiral wound ducts that are very rusted also showing signs of water in the main run. There is a sump pit and pump, but the level is not deep enough to keep water out of the main run. Suggest turning system overhead especially since they have a roof top unit. Also televised in the room called the fireside room. These ducts are also very rusted. There is some landscape work that needs to be done by pulling mulch away from building and regrading. that may help control the water in that area.

Televised ducts under slab floor under addition. Ducts are PVC with metal fittings and connections. There was signs of water due to bad drainage and grading. Customer needs to address water issues outside then spin cast mortar ducts then spray line.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are galvanized ducts and heavily rusted. Will need to open several holes in different area to provide proper access into the ducts since the registers are offset. Will provide proposal for spin cast mortaring and spray lining with the demolition crew opening the necessary holes.

The are that was damaged is a supply run that feeds the bathroom and acts as a balance run to the back of the house. Suggest plumbing company patch the hole with metal. Will provide a proposal for spray lining ducts with Duct Armnor duct lining material.
