9-1-2026: Descaled all 4” and 6” cast from floor clean out in hallway near unit 109 90’ downstream to open hole and hydro jetted line clear. Took measurements for lining from 4” floor clean out in boiler room to 6” cast open hole just outside building(blue marks), also measurements from 4” floor clean out in hallway to wye combo in boiler room (orange marks). 9-3-26 Lined sewer from 4” floor cleanout in boiler room starting in 4” cast and ending approximately 25’ downstream in 6” cast. Lined 4” cast iron sewer line from floor cleanout in hallway near unit 109 90’ downstream to wye combo in boiler room. Created a 4”x4” wye connection where the hallway run and boiler room connected. Reinstated 10 connections.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are spiral wound plastic coated galvanized ducts. There were many one near the front door and the one in the family room are blocked. Will need to try and clean debris in pipe then possible install a patch before spin cast mortaring and then spray lining.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are spin cast galvanized ducts showing signs of rust and deterioration and possible mold growth. Suggest spin cast mortaring the ducts then spray lining with Duct Armor duct lining material.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete ducts with metal fittings that are rusted. There was no sign of water in the ducts that would contribute to a smell in the house. The floor drain next to the furnace is broken and does not hold water. suggest replacing.

1/27/25 Cleaned all underground ductwork. Applied trenchless spincast mortar to all underground connections and elbows. Rebuilt furnace box and all register vents with trenchless spincast mortar. 1/28/25 Applied first application of duct armor to all underground ductwork and furnace box. Applied duct armor to each register vent. 2/5/25 Applied second application of duct armor to all underground ductwork and furnace box.

Televised all underground ductwork. Ducts are transite with connections that are deteriorated and allowing debris in.

We are applying the second application of our rubberized duct lining material to all of the deteriorated underground duct work. The air ducts will be completely sealed and dirt and debris will no longer enter the system.
