Televised sewer from inside clean out. Cast has scale build up and clay has calcification at many joints. Will provide a proposal to precision clean the line to remove calcification build up at joints.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are PVC with metal fittings and connections. Metal fittings are rusting. No water in system at time of inspection but there were water marks identified. Suggest spray lining with Duct Armor duct lining material.

Televised sewer from overhead clean out. Pipe is only 1 1/2” and leaking and holding water. Could not get past 6ft. Suggest running overhead then connecting to stack in the garage.

Installed drain tile in basement area next to air ducts to relieve the water that was entering the air ducts. Ran the drain tile to the sump pit and the water will now pump out and away from the house.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are plastic coated galvanized. Water is getting into the main runs. There is landscaping that needs to be done that homeowner is having done in June. If landscaping does not solve the water issue then a sump pump should be installed on side of house near the gas meter.

Review
We recently had our duct system spray lined to prevent further deterioration to our underground heating vents. The technicians were extremely informative, bringing us over to see the progress and explaining where they were in the process ... they were also very courteous and a pleasure to have working in our house. They took great care that everything was protected and left no mess at the end. This was a two application process and both times they arrived when scheduled and again insured that we understood what they were doing each time. I highly recommend Trenchless Innovations as they treat your home as if it were theirs.

Encapsulated underground asbestos transite air ducts with our duct lining material. The air in the home is now environmentally safe to breathe.

Munster, IN - Televised an overhead sewer it had joints that were leaking sewage water out near house allowing the water to seep back through the foundation wall into house leaving an odor, we lined the sewer from the overhead stack about 10’ out from house to seal the leaking joints to stop the sewer water from entering the house.
