Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete ducts with metal fittings and connections. There is standing water in some of the runs and also the plenum. There are leaking gutters and downspouts that need to be fixed. If that does not solve the water issues then it is suggested to put in a sump pit and pump in the garage near the furnace. After water issue is resolved the ducts should be spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.

The customer’s air ducts are very rusted and deteriorated and dirt and debris are flowing out of the air vents. To alleviate this problem, we are going to apply our Trenchless cast mortar to all of the underground duct work to give it a strong concrete structure. We are then going to apply two applications of our rubberized duct lining material to completely seal the system. After this is done, dirt and debris will no longer enter the system.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete possibly Transite with metal connections and fittings that are rusting and deteriorated in the front of the house. There are drainage issues with downspouts and a retention wall that could be contributing to the deterioration in the front of the house. Suggest making changes to the landscape and downspouts then spin cast mortaring the metal fitting and spray lining the system with Duct Armor duct lining material.

Customer is experiencing heavy sand and debris blowing out of air vents. The underground air duct system contains asbestos transite and all of the galvanized metal connections and elbows are heavily rusted. We are going to clean the entire underground air duct system with our special high powered hepa vacuum. We are also going to apply our Trenchless Cast mortar to all of the deteriorated connections and elbows to give them a strong structure.

Televised sewer from outside clean out. Could not get past 45 ft mark with a guide on the camera due to heavy roots. Took guide off and was able to get through to city main sewer approximately 112 ft out. Spoke with Dale who authorized rodding sewer in order to make sure location at 45 ft would not prevent lining. Rodded and cleaned roots. Will provide a quote to line sewer either 45 ft justpastthe bad area or 75 ft stopping just shy of where the neighbor connects to this sewer.
