Job description:
Job Summary
Trenchless Innovations is hiring Trenchless Sewer Repair Technicians to join our growing team.
We specialize in CIPP trenchless pipe lining, a modern method of repairing underground sewer lines without excavation.
This is a hands-on, crew-based position working with specialized equipment to restore sewer systems.
This is not a temporary construction job. This is a long-term career in a specialized trade.
What You'll Do
- Assist with trenchless sewer lining installations
- Work with liners, resins, and curing equipment
- Operate and learn specialized trenchless equipment
- Set up and break down job sites
- Work as part of a team to complete projects
- Follow safety procedures and crew direction
What We're Looking For
- Construction, mechanical, or hands-on experience preferred
- Comfortable working with tools and equipment
- Able to work outdoors and perform physical labor
- Reliable and dependable
- Team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn a specialized trade
No trenchless experience required — we provide training.
Pay & Career Growth
- Starting pay: $22/hr+ (based on experience)
- Overtime available
- Clear advancement path
- Technician: $55k–$75k
- Senior Technician: $70k–$90k
- Crew Leader: $100k+
