Job Summary
Trenchless Innovations is hiring Trenchless Sewer Repair Technicians to join our growing team.

We specialize in CIPP trenchless pipe lining, a modern method of repairing underground sewer lines without excavation.

This is a hands-on, crew-based position working with specialized equipment to restore sewer systems.

This is not a temporary construction job. This is a long-term career in a specialized trade.

What You'll Do

• Assist with trenchless sewer lining installations
• Work with liners, resins, and curing equipment
• Operate and learn specialized trenchless equipment
• Set up and break down job sites
• Work as part of a team to complete projects
• Follow safety procedures and crew direction

What We're Looking For

• Construction, mechanical, or hands-on experience preferred

Pay & Career Growth

• Starting pay: $22/hr+ (based on experience)
• Overtime available
• Clear advancement path
• Technician: $55k–$75k
• Senior Technician: $70k–$90k
• Crew Leader: $100k+
