Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are transite concrete ducts with metal fittings. There was staining in the duct run coming from the dining room area. Suggest spray lining ducts with Duct Armor duct lining material.

Televised sewer from outside clean out downstream and see the connection between the pvc and the clay has settled slightly. Will propose to install a 4ft patch liner in the sewer centering it over that area between the pvc and the clay tile connection.

Televised sewer from clean out on stack n garage approximately 65ft to city main. Clay looks good but cast iron is scaled up. Suggest Mass Plumbing dig for clean out and then descale.

Inserted a 4” patch liner downstream through the existing outside clean-out approximately 9ft in length and positioned it over the cracked clay tile pipe at the 32ft mark.
