3-25-2026: Cleaned and measured sewer in preparation for lining from x2 OH stacks in basement 4-21-2026: lined from main OH stack in basement 90’ to city main, reinstated wye connection from 2nd OH stack, lined second OH stack 20’ to just short of wye connection into main OH stack line.

3-25-2026: Cleaned and measured sewer in preparation for lining from 4” overhead stack clean out in basement 60’ to city main, offset before city main will either patch over offset up to city main and invert liner into patch, or attempt to invert liner out to city main.

Televised sewer from outside clean out 71ft to city main and 62ft to catch basin. Heavy roots in both directions. Rodded sewer with a 4” cutter blade upstream and downstream from outside clean out. Will provide a proposal for lining from catch basin to city main sewer

Televised sewer from inside clean out in basement to city main and inspected liner and also connection to the lateral line from the inside stack. Connection has been cut out sufficiently with no lips to catch anything. Pipe is 4” in that area. Suspect her issue was possibly a soft paper blockage. Lateral line is all pvc with no signs of roots.

11-3-25 Applied second coat of Duct Armor to all registers,plenums and duct runs. Cut access in supply box on sides of furnace to access ductwork in slab floors. Cleaned all underground ductwork and supply boxes. Repaired register vents with hydraulic cement. Applied first application of duct armor to all underground ductwork and furnace supply boxes.

9-3-2025: Cleaned and measured sewer in preparation for lining from 6” pvc clean out on right side of house(6’8”deep) one sidewalk about 90’ to city main. Starting liner near clean out and ending just before city main. Reinstate x1 connection at 7’ in pvc tie in from house, lining over old downspout and possible drain tile connections has newer pit and pump in house, also lining over clean out at 39’ in landscape bed we found has roots on riser side of tee.

Televised ducts under slab floor on main level and lower level. Metal fittings appeared to be in good condition. Will propose to spray line ducts to encapsulate the concrete ducts.

Did a video inspection of sewer from 6” outside clean out in front landscape confirmed with pan and tilt camera hole in elbow/drop before main also cracking in clay pipe before drop. Saw square tie ins just below drop into main could be curb drains would need to confirm with village if they are active drains or not before lining. Either install silicate patch liner or remote start liner 20’ downstream and line last 10-15’ inversion lining.
