Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are galvanized metal and are very rusted and deteriorated. There was standing water in the area under the plenum. Tried running water in the tub but the tub was very slow draining. Suggest that the tub and bath sink be Rodded.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are corrugated metal ducts. Duct showed sign of heavy water infiltration and there was sand in a few of the runs. Ducts are also very rusted as is the plenum under the furnace. Suggest several steps be taken outside to control water issues. After the water issue is resolved the ducts should be spin cast mortared then spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.

Inspected pit and discovered that it is a separator pit for the sump pump and drainage system. The pit is not connected to the sewer.

Televised all ducts to check the condition after lining in 2018. All ducts look to be in good condition. There appears to be water staining in the plenum. Al downspouts need to be extended or the gutters reconfigured and then the downspouts extended.

Televised sewer from inside clean out but it was backed up. Rodded 82 ft to city main to clean roots. Televised again and all looks good. Will provide a proposal for lining the clay tile.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete ducts with metal fittings and connections that are rusting and allowing sand to enter the system. Suggest spin cast mortaring to restore structure back to metal joint areas then spray lining system with Duct Armor duct lining material. Also televised sewer from outside clean out along service sidewalk in front of house. Sewer is backed up at this time at 28ft. Suggest rodding to clear blockages.

Televise sewer from pulled check / gate valve back upstream saw area where clay id connected to PVC. This is the area where customer is getting water on the floor also see an area just downstream of stack that is either a hole in the pipe of maybe drain tile Customer would like a patch over this area and the connection to the PVC to clay.

There is clear water throughout the under slab air duct system without any rain. Checked the water meter and the water meter is not advancing without water running. Listened to valve and it appears there is a leak on the water main in between the buffalo box and the water meter.

Completed underground ducting repair by first televising the ducts to assess damage. Used high-pressure water jetting to clean the ducts thoroughly. Applied trenchless spincast mortar using a spin casting machine to restore structural integrity. Finally, spray-lined the ducts with Duct Armor material, ensuring a durable, corrosion-resistant coating for enhanced performance and longevity.
