Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete with metal fittings showing signs of rust and allowing water and sand into the system. Looks like downspout extensions are new to the house. May possibly need a sump pit if extensions do not solve water issue. After water issue is resolved the ducts should be spin cast mortared then spray lined with Duct Armor.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete ducts with metal fittings and connections that are very rusted. Changes need to be made to downspouts and grading to reduce water next to the house. After water is fixed the ducts should be spin cast mortared and spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete ducts with metal fittings and connections. Slight sand coming in through the joints and plenum. Suggest spin cast mortar then spray line with Duct Armor duct lining material.

Televised underground ducts for estimate to seal and renew ducts. Customer getting sand coming out of registers. Plenum under furnace is heavily rusting and sand was coming out of fittings into duct runs.
