Romeoville, IL Sewer & Air Duct Repair

Purchase Order #: 86-127 7/15 /26 installed a liner from pulled toilet located in room 125 approx. 45' of 4". Installed 110' liner of 4" from open hole in front of locker 1508 cured liners with uv curing system. Reinstated 3 connections ( floordrain, sink, unknown.)

PO#: 86-128 7-13-2026: descaled sewer from open hole downstream about 120’ to previously lined main run near tunnel, and upstream about 100’ to wye where social science office bathroom branch line ties in. Jetted lines clear of all loose scale and took measurements for lining. 7-14-2026: Descaled sewer from social science office up to main 4” run, found a 2nd wye fitting before main 4” wye the feeds photo lab sinks on upstream side of wye(used to be set of old gang bathrooms). Vacuumed all loose scale and debris out of lines and took measurements for upcoming lining from open hole in hallway upstream to just past wye from social science office, also lining from social science office mens bathroom open pipe behind toilet to main 4” run. Downstream from open hole in hallway is cleaned and can be lined at a later date.

PO #: 87-917 Attempted to line an existing 2" mop sink drain line. Pipe kept breaking apart. Was not able to line.

Did a video inspection of 2” p-trap in kitchen mop sink, hole in bottom part of trap. We can attempt to inversion line or fill hole and epoxy coat 2” line from mop sink to just past trap.

Underground ductwork video inspection service call. Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are galvanized metal ducts that are very rusted with several area where there are holes in fittings. Will provide proposal for possible mortaring and spray lining.

9-26-24 • Excavated an area in the floor in the bathroom to provide proper access into the sewer for lining purposes. • Descaled the line using high speed chain descaling equipment then removed the loose scale from the pipe. 9-27-24 • Inserted a 4” liner through the open pipe extending approximately 50 feet downstream into the manhole outside of the building. Reinstated one connection. • Inserted a 4” liner through the open pipe extending approximately 20 feet upstream ending in the PVC pipe. Reinstated 10 connections. Backfilled hole with 3/4” stone and cemented floor.

Tvd and located sewer, found toilet branch line missing pipe on bottom. Need to line toilet branch line about 20’ of old cast up to newer pvc from toilets in shipping area, also line about 50’ to manhole outside near parking.

Televised downspout line near door 8 out to storm basin 65ft downstream in grassy area. Line was clear. Televised from roof drain down to drain box under soffit. Found hole in drain box causing water to leak in between the brick and tyvek.

Televised from floor clean out in back woman’s bathroom took us out to near parking lot manhole about 60’, tvd from floor clean out in kitchen saw toilet line tie in but camera would not go downstream possibly a backwards wye fitting, also tvd from wall clean out in bathroom near shop area pushed to wye could not get to go downstream. ****Need to get proposal to tv and locate with multiple cameras to confirm direction of flow and tie ins. ****

Televised ducts under slab concrete floor. Ducts are plastic coated spiral wound ducts that are showing signs of rust and deterioration. There was no water in the system at the time of inspection but there were water marks indicating previous water . The plenum is also rusted.
