Televised ducts under slab concrete floor. Ducts are plastic coated spiral wound ducts that are showing signs of rust and deterioration. There was no water in the system at the time of inspection but there were water marks indicating previous water . The plenum is also rusted.

We are using our Picote drain cleaning machine to reinstate some connections to the the main line that were not properly/ fully opened during the re-lining project done by another company, this was causing multiple sewer back ups, other company’s wanted to come in and hydro-jet in attempt to break the liner with the possibility of still needing to dig the sewer up in a newly renovated area of the building. We went in from floor clean outs and got the job done damage free!!!!
