Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete ducts with metal fittings. Metal looked in good condition but plenum is rusted out on bottom and sides. Suggest having HVAC professional look at acoil to verify pan is not leaking or drain is not blocked. Also suggest reconfiguring gutters on side of house and extending downspout.

Televised sewer from both inside and outside clean outs. Heavy roots in main run leading to a direct tie to a manhole in the alley. Due to the configuration of the sewer suggest plumber install an outside clean out on the main run then lining both upstream to house and downstream to city main.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete with metal fitting and connections that are allowing sand to enter the system. The plenum is also very rusted. Will provide a proposal for spin cast mortaring and spray lining with Duct Armor duct lining material.

9-9-25 Excavated an area in the basement floor to expose the connection between the main stack and the laundry tub line before it exited the building. Cleaned sewer line and got measurements for sewer lining. Installed new pvc pipe. Left hole open in order to install liner on 9-10-25. 9-10-25 Lined 6” sewer line from open pipe in basement near stack downstream approximately 70’ ending in Tee Liner before the city main. We covered two connections that are old downspout lines. Old downspouts are cemented over and ran above ground away from house. Backfilled newly installed pvc pipe with 3/4” stone and cemented hole.

Televised sewer from two clean outs in basement. Heavy paper build up for the first 25 ft then it opens up and we can see roots at many joints out to city main. City main has a tee liner coming up into this sewer for approximately 4ft. Propose to dig inside at the wye connection the install a liner from open pipe to pvc by main.

TV Inspected the sewer line from the outside cleanout back to the vent stack. Found the 2-inch connections from the laundry, kitchen, and bath sink tying in at the base of the stack above the 90-degree elbow. The shower connects through a second 2-inch line. Recommended removing the vanity and toilet to open the bathroom floor and replace the 2-inch connections at the base of the stack. Plan to leave 2 feet of 4-inch PVC downstream and line the 4-inch cast iron from the outside cleanout to the new 4-inch PVC.

Tree roots growing in the cast to clay connection. Recommend replacing 4” cleanout with a 6” cleanout and replacing cast to clay connection with new pipe. Will give estimate to line downstream to city main.

Televised sewer from inside clean out. Could only get 62 ft out due to roots in line. Suggest possible install of an outside clean out then lining back to house and downstream to city main.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Kitchen line had standing water. Ran kitchen sink and when it drained the water in the ducts moved indicating a leak in the kitchen line under the slab. Need to repair kitchen line then spray lining ducts with Duct Armor duct lining material to encapsulate the ducts due to the contamination of the grey water.

We are applying the second application of our rubberized duct lining material to all of the heavily rusted underground metal duct work. The air ducts will be completely encapsulated and sand and debris will no longer enter the system.
