Televised sewer from catch basin on side of house approximately 75ft to city main. Sewer has slight offsets and some areas with root growth at joints. Suspect that the toilet is not flushing enough to move paper sand waste through. Suggest either holding handle down or replacing toilet with Gerber Avalanche. Will provide a proposal for lining

12/22/25 Cleaned all underground ductwork and furnace box. Applied trenchless spincast mortar to all underground connections and elbows. Repaired furnace box and all register vents with hydraulic cement. 12/23/25 Applied first application of duct armor to 152’ of 6” air ducts 12/30/25 Applied second application of duct armor to all underground ductwork and furnace box.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete with metal fittings that are rusted and allowing sand to enter the system. The plenum is also rusted. Suggest spin cast costarring the fittings then spray lining system with Duct Armor duct lining material.

Following a thorough inspection, I televised the floor drain, kitchen sink cleanout, and laundry area to assess the condition of the drainage system. Utilizing Picote technology, I descaled the kitchen line to remove buildup and confirmed accessibility to the main line from the kitchen cleanout. A proposal will be drafted for epoxy coating application from the kitchen sink cleanout to the main line for long-term protection.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete with metal fittings showing signs of rust and allowing water and sand into the system. Looks like downspout extensions are new to the house. May possibly need a sump pit if extensions do not solve water issue. After water issue is resolved the ducts should be spin cast mortared then spray lined with Duct Armor.

Changes need to be made to downspouts and grading to reduce water next to the house. After water is fixed the ducts should be spin cast mortared and spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.
