Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are PVC ducts with plastic coated metal fittings. The plenum appeared to have slight signs of water and the ducts do show possible signs of mold. Suggest spray lining with Duct Armor to seal the joints and encapsulate the PVC ducts.

Televised underground air ducts using a CCTV inspection camera. Inserted the camera into the duct system to assess the condition and locate any issues. Detected a blockage and signs of wear. Provided a detailed report for further action.

Performed underground air duct repair for a 4" insulated ductwork system connecting the home to a detached garage. Excavated to expose the damaged section caused by root intrusion. Cut away and removed cracked ducting and foam insulation. Installed a new 4" rigid aluminum duct section using UL181 listed water-based mastic sealant at joints. Wrapped repaired area with R-8 insulation and sealed vapor barrier jacket. Backfilled with compacted gravel and soil. Restored airflow to detached garage while preventing moisture/air leakage issues underground.

Drain line repair service call. Rodded kitchen sink 2” line out to septic tank. Filled sink several times and hear water pouring into septic heavily. Cannot see I let to septic as it is too far back in tank. If main line was to be lined or descaled it would need to have a clean out installed on the line. Televised ducts to verify no additional water is entering ducts at this time. We will schedule to touch up ducts in areas where sink water had made its way in
