Ran water in the kitchen sink and the bathtub but did not get any movement in the duct that had water. Plan to cut the foam out and then continue with the rest of the work.

Review
I had a sewer pipe issue and called 2 companies; one was Trenchless Innovations. Bob from Trenchless Innovations came out, places a camera down the pipe and indicated the issues that were identified. I will say that Bob also identified a few additional issues the first company missed. Bob was extremely knowledgeable and very professional, explaining in detail the issues and the fix. He provided a detailed estimate (very reasonable) on actually what was to be done. I also received a copy of the camera images. Thanks Bob for answering my many questions! We accepted the offer and scheduled a date. Kevin and team arrived on time and immediately began their work. I was interested in the process and Kevin and his team were all too happy to explain each step of the way and answered my endless questions (it was quite interesting). I was able to view the camera feed down into the sewer pipe, both before and after, watched the "sleeve" process and their review and testing the pipes once completed. They were informative, knowledgeable and very pleasant throughout the process. The team work to seamlessly and efficiently complete the job and clean up was amazing; only took a day. Special shout out to Kevin who did not hesitate to ensure I was comfortable with the process, reviewed each line item on the estimate to confirm completion and answered my additional questions. Kevin's knowledge of the process was very evident. You also have a great team. It was such a pleasant experience, and I could not be more pleased. No runs, no drips no errors!!!!! I no longer need to worry about tree roots in my sewer line as there are no seams; the sleeve is one piece. Thanks to Bob, Keven and his team for a wonderful experience, you guys were great! If you have sewer pipe issues these are the guys to call. No digging up the yard, half the cost and no seams to allow those pesty tree roots to enter. Love It! Thank You!!

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete with metal fittings and connections that are severely rusted. Suggest spin cast mortaring the metal fittings then spray lining with Duct Armor duct lining material.

9-8-2025: Removed section of 4” pvc from overhead stack to install liner 30’ in length starting at open 4” cast overhead and ending 30’ downstream in 6” clay, reinstated 4” tie in at about 25’ downstream from overhead from laundry/ floor drains in basement also possible drain tile connection. *** No sump pit or pump in basement.

Televised sewer from overhead clean out. Sewer looks to be shifted and offset just after cast to clay connection and there is an area at about 5ft where the pipe is cracked in several spots. Suggest installing a liner through that area at least to the end of the house to seal the crack and offsets where water can be leaking back through foundation.

Televised duct but the system is completely filled with water that is not going away even with no rain events. Ran water in kitchen sink and can see water movemnent so believe there is a water leak in drain line. Suggest customer gets a plumber to repair the leaking drain. Could not see condition of ducts to the amount of water in system.

Underground duct camera inspection service call. Televised underground ducts. Ducts are transite with heavily rusting metal connectors and elbows. Bathroom, master bedroom and plenum have water in them. Ran water in bathtub and saw water running into connectors of ducts. Water marks throughout system.

I would say they did such a good and thorough job that I will never see them again. They even found extra work to do to make the job complete and done right and did it with a smile! Could not ask for better service.
