Inserted a 9’ patch liner from the outside cleanout starting in the 6” pvc and ending upstream in the 4” cast iron pipe.

Televised sewer from inside clean outs in basement. Sewer is clay tile with roots at several joints there is also pvc that looks like it may be separated and holding paper. Will propose to line sewer.

Televised sewer from ouotside clean out downstream to main approximately 105ft. Heavy roots between 55 and 105 ft. Will provide proposal installing liner both downstream and upstream into pvc pipe coming from house.

Televised sewer from overhead clean outs outside approximately 105 ft to city main. Cast is very scaled and has roots growing in. Will prove a quote for lining from overhead to pvc by main.

Televised sewer from outside clean out back into house approximately 30ft to stack. Will provide proposal for either installing a patch liner to cover the cast. To clay or to go back just short of the stack.

Air duct video inspection service call. Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts ar galvanized ducts showing some signs of rust. Plenum is also rusted on bottom and sides. Suggest spray lining a possible spin cast mortaring.

Duct lining service call. Applied second application of duct armor to furnace box in addition. As well as sprayed lower supply line.

Cleaned all underground duct work and rebuilt plenum box with hydraulic cement. Applied first application of duct armor to all underground duct work. 4/18/25 Applied second application of duct armor to all underground ductwork and furnace box.

3/25/25 Cleaned all underground duct work in preparation for spin cast mortar job tomorrow. 3/26/25 Applied trenchless spincast mortar to all cardboard airducts in front of the home. Repaired register vents with hydraulic cement. Repaired furnace box with trenchless spincast mortar as well. 3/27/25 Applied first application of duct armor to all underground ductwork. 4/3/25 Applied second application of duct armor to all underground ductwork and furnace box.

Cleaned sewer line from outside cleanout upstream to overhead cleanout in basement and got measurements in preparation for sewer lining. 3-25-2025: lined sewer from 4” overhead stack in basement 42’ downstream starting liner in 4” cast just downstream of overhead stack tie in and ending in 6” pvc downstream of 6” pvc outside clean out. Reinstated 6” pvc outside clean out.

2-24-2025: clean and measured sewer in preparation for lining from 6” pvc clean out in parkway 15’ to city main, ending liner just short of city main. 2-24-2025 Inserted a 6” liner through the existing outside clean-out extending approximately 15 feet to just before the city main.

Televised ducts under slab floors. Ducts in main portion are mostly metal with a portion of a balance run. That is cardboard. Metal is rusted and needs to be spin cast mortared to restore structure. Ducts in addition are in better condition. After the spin cast mortaring the entire system system should be spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.

Televised underground air ducts. Galvanized ducts are heavily rusted and deteriorated allowing white powder to enter the ducts. Will send estimate to mortar and line the ducts.

Cleaned 2” cast from laundry to open hole 12’, also cleaned 2” cast from open hole to where ties into 4” 20’. Lined 20’x2” from open hole to near toilet, also lined from open pipe near laundry 12’ to open hole, epoxy coated end of 2” inversion liner to 4” near toilet, also epoxy coated from toilet collar 3’ to liner from previous company.

Televised sewer from outside clean out 15 ft to city main. Provide proposal for lining.

Televised sewer from inside clean out in basement approximately 128 ft to city main. Cast iron under basement floor is very scaled and not allowing things to flow as much as they should. Recommend the installation of an outside clean out to allow for proper descaling of pipe and possible lining if necessary.

Cleaned all underground duct work in preparation for Trenchless casting. 11/13/24 Applied Trenchless spincast mortar to all underground ductwork and furnace 11/15/25 applied first coat of Duct Armor to all registers, plenum and duct runs. 11/22/24 Applied second application of duct armor to all underground ductwork and furnace box.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts in living room is rusted through but the reminder of the ducts do not appear to be rusted. The run leading to the furnace from the living room is crushed in the garage area and would need to be duct up and replaced. The rest of the system can be spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.

Televised ducts from access under furnace. Ran water in kitchen and see it coming into the ducts. Also see water coming in when bathtub is run. Will provide quote to line sewer

Provide estimate to line approximately 40ft from newly installed outside clean-out to city main.

-Inserted a 6” liner through the existing outside clean-out extending downstream approximately 70 feet to just before the city main. Reinstated 6” kitchen overhead connection. Inserted a 4-6” liner through the kitchen overhead clean out in the basement extending approximately 20’ ending prior to the main line that was just previously lined.
