2-5-26 Descaled approximately 60’ of cast iron pipe from the floor cleanout in the men’s locker room downstream to the newly installed 6” pvc cleanout. Hydro jetted and vacuumed loose scale out of line. Got measurements to line sewer approximately 60’ downstream from floor cleanout ending in pvc cleanout. Need to patch downstream from pvc cleanout with a 5’X6” patch liner ending prior to main line going out that we lined. Also need to install a 6x6” silicit wye. 2-9-26 Lined sewer downstream from 4” floor cleanout in men’s locker room approximately 60’ starting in 4” cast iron and ending in newly installed pvc. Reinstated 6 connections. Installed a 6x6” wye patch liner where the branch line that we lined connects to the main line that we lined. Installed a 2’ patch liner from the newly installed cleanout downstream ending in wye liner.

Televised sewer from floor clean out 55’ to 6” pvc outside building about 65’ back to open hole directional clean out can only tv downstream, they will dig up pipe at open hole to give access to line from open pipe, also tvd from floor clean out upstream of open hole about 10’ downstream to open hole. Giving estimate of $26,525 to line sewer & install tees.

Inserted a 6” liner through the open pipe in hallway extending downstream approximately 70’ ending in the 6" PVC pipe outside of building. Reinstated all five connections on this line. Inserted a 4-6” liner through the existing 4" clean-out in hallway extending downstream approximately 15’ ending in existing 6" PVC pipe. Reinstated 3 connections on this line. Inserted a 4” liner through the 4" PVC stack in mechanical closet extending downstream approximately 5ft ending just before 6" main line. Installed a 6x4 connection liner on this line. Inserted a 4” patch liner through the open pipe in hallway extending upstream approximately 3’ toward staff bathroom ending before toilet connection.
