Televised sewer but could not get past 70ft. Rodded sewer Fromm old toilet collar in basement 105 ft with both a 4” cutter and a bent end before it finally opened up. Sewer is broke right at the connection to the city main and this area will need to be dug in order to repair since it is at the connection. Electronically Located this area just to confirm location is in middle of street.
Estimate
Televised ducts under slab floor of tented banquet hall. Ducts are spiral wound galvanized metal and are in various states of rust. Will evaluate the video to determine the next suggested course of action. There needs to be a drainage system installed to collect the water and direct it away towards the nearby pond.
I just finished repairing the residential sewer line for a client in Morris, IL. The issue was caused by tree roots that had infiltrated and obstructed the pipe. I used specialized equipment to clear the blockage, then replaced the damaged section of piping to restore proper wastewater flow.

Televised/rodded from stack in basement approx. 90'. Heavy roots throughout. Tap at the main was slightly shifted with roots present. 6" c/o was identified in he yard. Located c/o but frozen ground prevented physically finding it outside. Will provide an estimate to line up and downstream from existing cleanout. Lining estimate will include precision cleaning.
