Televised sewer from outside clean out approximately 40’ to city main but sewer was holding and surcharged going upstream. Rodded and cleared grease blockage at approximately 10-12 ft upstream. Retelevised going upstream and made it to the cast to clay connection at about 80ft. There are no breaks or major issues with the sewer. The main issue was the grease blockage. Suggest hydrojetting sewer to remove remaining grease buildup on walls of pipe. Will provide a proposal for that work.

Completed comprehensive sewer video inspection at Burbank residence. Used high-resolution camera system to examine entire 120-foot line from house to city connection. Identified moderate root intrusion at 75-foot mark and minor pipe sag at 90-foot mark. No major blockages or cracks detected. Line is functional but showing early signs of deterioration. Just wrapped up an above-ground duct inspection for a restaurant in Burbank! Place was having major temperature inconsistencies between dining areas. Televised some underground duct work for a customer that was getting a lot of dust/dirt in the house coming up from the duct work. The metal duct work was heavily rusted out, some areas there was no pipe left at all! We were able to clean all the ducts, apply our spin cast mortar to restructure and even create a new pipe where the old pipe was completely rotted away. After creating a new solid pipe to work with we were able to seal the ducts with our duct armor product leaving a clean air flow.
