9-1-26 Cleaned and measured sewer line in preparation for sewer lining. 9-4-26 Lined sewer upstream from 6” outside cleanout approximately 20’ ending in 4” cast iron. Lined sewer downstream from 6” outside cleanout approximately 25’ ending just short of city main.

8-25-2026: Cleaned and measured sewer in preparation for lining from 4” cast OH stack clean out in basement 100’ downstream to 6” pvc near city main, first 30’ is 4” cast that was heavily scaled up and roots growing in runs under garage and driveway. Need to string to manhole across street and jet belly out of 6” clay with heavy debris on bottom 60-80’ out from overhead stack clean out. 8-28-2026: lined sewer from 4” overhead stack clean out in basement 100’ downstream started liner in 4” cast just downstream of overhead stack tie in and ended liner in 6” pvc near city main.

Televised sewer from several manhole on the property staring at the upstream manhole by 1420 ending at downstream at 1470. Sewer is 8” clay tile. Will provide proposal for lining.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are galvanized and showing heavy signs of rust. There is a sump pit but the level is at the same level as the ducts under the floor. Suggest lowering pit and one leg of drain til towards furnace then spin cast mortaring and spray lining duct as with Duct Armort.

6-10-2026: installed 9’ spot repair liner from 6” pvc clean out in front landscape positioned from 52’-61’ over section of 6” clay pipe with root growth present about starting in 6” pvc and ending in 6” pvc near city main.

Televised ducts under slab floor in the gymnasium. Ducts are spiral wound ducts that are very rusted also showing signs of water in the main run. There is a sump pit and pump, but the level is not deep enough to keep water out of the main run. Suggest turning system overhead especially since they have a roof top unit. Also televised in the room called the fireside room. These ducts are also very rusted. There is some landscape work that needs to be done by pulling mulch away from building and regrading. that may help control the water in that area.
