Televised sewer from clean out in basement but could not get past 52 ft. Rodded with 4” cutter blade 90ft to city and pulled back wipes. Retelevised but believe wipes are still in line at around 70ft. Suggest hydrojetting to clean wipes from line. Believe there is an offset at 52 ft but cannot fully see due to water from wipes. Will give customer a quote for hydrojetting and retelevising.

Kmegregian@benida.com Televised ducts under slab floor in pool area. Ducts are spiral wound ducts and have debris. Some slight signs of light rust in the area of the fountain and hot tub that could be from splashing. Will provide proposal for spray lining ducts with Dut Armor dut lining material.

Lined 6” clay sewer line through the existing outside clean-out extending approximately 60 feet downstream to just before the city main. Lined sewer through the existing outside clean-out extending approximately 10 feet upstream toward the house starting in 6” clay and ending liner in the 4" cast iron pipe.

Televised sewer from abandoned catch basin on driveways side of house out to city main. Connection to city main has been replaced worth pvc. Need to excavate at area where catch basin output ties into main sanitary line and install a clean out. Liner can then be installed through new clean out. Sewer has many areas with heavy cracking.

Televised sewer from outside clean out approximately 33ft to cast iron and 35ft to flood control in front yard. Sewer has roots at many joints. Will provide a proposal for lining in both directions.

Cleaned all underground duct work. Rebuilt register boots and plenum box with hydraulic cement. Applied first application of duct armor to all underground duct work. 8/14/25 Applied second application of duct armor to all underground ductwork and furnace box.

Televised sewer from outside clean out 120ft to city main due to roots in line. Televised and came up just short of the main due to an offset joint. Will provide proposal for liining sewer from clean out to main.

Estimate for lining from newly installed clean out

Air duct video inspection service call. Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete ducts with concrete elbows. Will provide proposal for spray lining to encapsulate the concrete.

Encapsulated approximately 15 ft of ducts where there are new ducts connecting to the original ducts.

Looked at site for possible work but it looks like work is already being performed.

9-6-2024: cleaned and measured sewer in preparation for lining. 9-13-2024 -Inserted a 6” liner through the existing outside clean-out extending downstream approximately 24 feet to just before the city main. -Inserted a 6” liner through the existing outside clean out extending upstream approximately 86ft near the house. -Re-instated 4 lateral connections tying into the line from the house by way of an internal robotic cutter.

Applied second application of duct armor to all underground ductwork and furnace box.

Today I performed ductwork restoration services at a residence in Highland Park, Illinois. The scope of work involved applying the initial coat of Duct Armor sealant to all underground duct runs as well as the interior of the furnace box itself. Duct Armor is a specialized elastomeric coating that seals and encapsulates duct surfaces to prevent moisture intrusion, inhibit mold growth, and improve airflow efficiency. Properly sealing and insulating ductwork is an important part of maintaining healthy indoor air quality and optimizing HVAC system performance. After allowing the first application to cure, a secondary coat will be applied to complete this duct rehabilitation project.

Applied trenchless spincast mortar to all underground ductwork and furnace box. Repaired and rebuilt furnace box and all register vents with hydraulic cement.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are galvanized and showing some signs of rust. The plenum is very rusted. Suggest spin cast mortaring and spray lining with Duct Armor duct lining material.

Suggest spin cast mortaring the spray lining with Duct Armor duct lining material in order to restore ducts. Due to the size of the registers two locations will need to be opened up in order to allow mortar equipment to access the ducts.

Televised ducts under slab floor on lower level of house. Ducts are concrete with metal fittings. Suggest spin cast mortaring the metal connections then spray lining the concrete ducts with Duct Armor material to encapsulate the concrete pipes.
