Trenchless Sewer Repair & Renewal
When sewer lines break down, the traditional fix often means digging up yards, sidewalks, or driveways. Our trenchless technology takes a different approach. Using epoxy coatings and cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) methods, we can restore your existing line without excavation.
What this means for your home:
- No destruction of landscaping or hardscape
- Repairs that add decades of life to your system
- Options for both full-line restoration and targeted spot repairs
Restoring Underground & Above-Ground Air Ducts
Air ducts are the lungs of your home — and when they’re compromised, your family feels it. Hickory Hills homes with ducts running under slabs are especially vulnerable to moisture and soil exposure. We’ve developed repair techniques that not only seal and restore these ducts, but also improve the quality of the air you breathe.
Benefits of our duct restoration services:
- Seals leaks that waste energy and invite moisture
- Improves airflow and system efficiency
- Reduces dust, humidity, and contaminants in your home
Whether your ducts are below ground or part of your above-ground system, our epoxy lining solutions create a durable interior coating that extends their lifespan without full replacement.
Drainage & Foundation Protection
Water issues are common across the Chicago suburbs, and Hickory Hills is no exception. Poor drainage around the foundation can lead to cracks, leaks, or mold. Our drainage services are designed to keep water moving away from your home.
Common recommendations include:
- Extending downspouts a safe distance from the foundation
- Regrading soil to create a positive slope
- Installing sump pits and pumps for reliable groundwater control
Sewer Camera Inspections — With a Free Second Opinion
The first step to solving sewer issues is knowing exactly what’s happening underground. Our high-resolution camera inspections give us a clear look inside your system so we can recommend the right fix.

Televised sewer from overhead clean out to city main. Sewer has a hole in pipe at approximately 15ft and a crack on side at 13 but looks in good condition other than that. Suggest installing outside clean out then installing a spot repair liner over hole.
4-2-2025: Installed 5’ x 6” spot repair liner over hole in 6” clay under road.
12-23-24 Cleaned and measured sewer line in preparation for sewer lining. 1-15-2024: lined sewer from 6” pvc clean out 12’ upstream starting liner in 6” pvc and ending liner in 4” cast. Lined sewer from 6” pvc clean out 28’ downstream to city main starting liner in 6” pvc and ending liner just short of city main.
Televised sewer from outside clean out back to house and to city main. Sewer has heavy roots at cast to clay. Suggest installing liners to seal all joints to prevent roots in future.
Televised sewer from pulled toilet on slab 35 portion of the house to elbow in basement where it connects to the overhead sewer. There is an area that was holding water from approximately 7ft to 14ft. Had to run the camera through several times to clean paper blockage. The pipe could be dropped slightly as it still held water in that area after the blockage was cleared. It is recommended that the toilets be changed both downstairs and upstairs because they barely provide a good flush of water. It is also recommended that the pipe be descaled, but it may need to be replaced in the area where the drop is located. The toilet recommended is a Gerber Avalanche.
