- Our process begins with a video inspection using a small color television camera that runs within the duct system documenting everything along the way. The camera records the journey, verifies problem areas and pinpoints their exact locations.
- After reviewing the results of the video recording, a plan for correction is developed to properly line the ductwork.
- Once we have developed an approach, the ducts will need to be cleaned. Cleaning the ducts ensures a strong bond with our lining material. For your convenience we can arrange for the cleaning of your ducts.
- In an average size home the lining process can be completed in 3-6 hours.
- When we are finished, there is no delay before you may use your air conditioning or heating system.
- To ensure proper coverage of all elbows and junctions, we return approximately 2 weeks after the first application to apply a light second coat.
- The lining has a 15 year warranty with a life expectancy of at least 30 years.
